El Roque
From the sky to the sea. From the Visitors' Centre of El Roque de los Muchachos to Llanos de Aridane, in what is one of the highest starts of this distance in the world. Sharing the last 28km of the Ultra. A practically downhill route in its entirety. But no one should underestimate this race. Descending so steeply for so many kilometres is no easy feat. A race as physical as it is beautiful that offers wonderful panoramic views of such emblematic spots as La Caldera de Taburiente or the beach of Tazacorte, with the imposing Bejenado peak covered in pine forests as a backdrop.
SUPPORTERS
No pacers are allowed. It is forbidden to accompany or be accompanied along any part the race route by a person not registered for the race, outside of the tolerance zones which are clearly marked in the proximity of the aid stations.
